Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

My sleep the last year (or longer) has not been good.  Insomnia, night after night.  My doctor prescribed me a med to help me sleep, which relaxes all my muscles so that I can get comfortable.  Most nights it works well, but I still have sleepless nights.

The sleep study I had done last month revealed that I have mild/moderate sleep apnea.  The doctor is recommending I start sleeping on my side.  Easy enough, right?  Well I still find myself waking up on my back.  So I have been researching sleep apnea pillows/products.  All of them promising a great night's sleep and the end of sleep apnea.  Most of them are expensive and I am of course skeptical of their claims, so I am looking more at home remedies.  I have tried putting pillows behind my back, but they don't stop me from pushing them out of my way. I am a crazy sleeper, constantly moving and waking up in weird positions! So even though the sleep meds gets me to sleep, I am not having restorative sleep.  Which is why I wake up feeling tired.  So after looking at some of the products I think I have an idea for something I can make myself.  I am going to sew a small pillow onto the back of a t-shirt, so I can't roll on my back.  We'll see how it goes.  I got the idea from a product I found online, however, theirs retail for almost a hundred dollars!  I will pick up the supplies and give it a try.

This is where I got the idea from.
