Welcome 2012!

Happy New Year!! (almost 20 days late) I don't make official New Year's Resolutions anymore, I have made them in the past and have really let myself down.  However, I do have many goals I would like to accomplish in 2012.  Top of the list is health. That includes, eating healthy, exercising, managing health issues and keeping pain at bay. Another goal is my Blog, which has been seriously neglected.  I have not had a blog post in over a month and that has got to change.

   Jeff and I have signed back up for a month at the North KC Rec Center.  Getting back to the pool reminds me of how much I have missed the water.  I have always loved the water, may that be lakes, oceans, or pools. I spent my summers as a kiddo either in the pool all day or on the swim team.  The two "Gym" classes I took in college where swimming and scuba. lol  Water is calming and Lord knows I could use some calm! I am happy to be back in the water.
