I have lost ten pounds, although I really don't see a difference. Although I am happy to see that darn scale move! I'm going to try not to obsess so much about the numbers on the scale, because I can get totally OCD about it.
I need to be focused more on inches lost. Especially my neck, and waist.
Waist - I would like to get below 35 inches - which is what the American Heart Association recommends
Large neck size (over 17 inches for men and 16 for women) over 17″ means you almost definitely have sleep apnea. My neck is size is 17 inches, and to make matters worse my neck is short. Short and wide does not make for good breathing at night. Neck has got to be at least under 15.
Ten pounds down.
