Nebraska City

Jeff, Nancy, and I took a day trip today and visited Nebraska City.  This is a small quaint town located along the Missouri river about two hours north of Kansas City.  While there we visited Wildwood Historic Home. This ten-room Gothic style home has been restored to the Victorian era and right now is decorated for Christmas!! We had lunch at a neat little restaurant in the historic downtown.  Jeff indulged a cinnamon roll about the size of his head for desert!! Yummy!
Our last stop of the day was to the Missouri River Basin Lewis and Clark Center (which focuses on the natural history and achievements of the expedition) Fun Day!!
