Today Jeff and I went to the new Price Chopper in Liberty to make our SOUTH BEACH DIET shopping trip! We found some good things but were easily distracted by processed, carbohydrate filled treats that we are not allowed to have! Lol.
Excercise - Lilly and I took a 1 mile walk at the park while Jeff and Gracie went to the library.
