I don't think the show is on anymore, but it is on Netflix instant watch.
The episode I just watched was about Ray Crockett, a NFL player, who spent 30 days in wheelchair to see how America's quarter of a million quadriplegic and paraplegics live. Ray Crockett has two Super Bowl wins and played for the KC Chiefs. Ray agreed to take part in this 30 day challenge after witnessing a paralyzing tackle to one of his teammates. In the thirty days Ray learned to live day to day life in a wheelchair and followed a patient along for her rehab journey. This guy has the biggest heart!!! Not only did he stick it out for 30 days he made life long friends with a paralyzed young man who mentored him through his challenge. This is a really great show and it is interesting to watch people taken out of their element and put in different situations for 30 days. Sometimes they change their point of view and sometimes they don't, but it is always good to look at things from a different prospective.
