Today is the first day of the 17 day diet. I am having trouble with all the fluids I am supposed to be drinking. I am supposed to drink water with lemon, green tea, and lots of water. I can have diet soda, but I am not really a fan.
Did not get a walk in today, I think getting use to the new diet is challenge enough! Only exercise I am supposed to be doing right now is a gentle walk on land or in the pool - no swimming :(
Alright so day one was not a breeze, but I made it through and ready to take it on again tomorrow.
