Day 3

I am allowed to have low fat yogurt on this diet, especially Greek yogurt.  If you have never tried Greek yogurt before, it is really good.  Has more protein and less carbs/sugars then regular yogurt.  It is really filling.  Not supposed to have any after 2 pm, but I cheated today and had some with my dinner. 

Took a very slow (turtle speed) one mile walk at the park today.  I was passed by everyone and I do mean everyone!!  Slow and Steady! :)
