Diet Day 8 ------- And 1st injection day

Diet went well today, we grilled chicken brats on the grill for supper, never tried those kind before but they were very tasty!!

I had my first two epidural steroid injections today.  Not too bad at all, the numbing shots hurt worse then the actual injections.  So ready for this to help with the pain!

Glad this guy didn't handle my injections!! Look at those crazy eyes!
