(I didn't actually watch the show) Proposition B was passed by voters, which would end the practice of abusive puppy mills, but the Missouri legislature overturned it. Governor Nixon needs to respect the will of the voters and support Prop B. NO MORE PUPPY MILLS!!!! DOGS ARE NOT LIVESTOCK!!!!! This topic infuriates me to no end.
